Toltec Trading Company - Return Policy

ToltecTraders.com wants you to be a happy customer. We want you to be completely satisfied with products you receive from us. 

You may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of purchase. The items must be returned in its original condition for a refund or exchange. To return merchandise, please follow the steps below. 

1. For an exchange, indicate on the invoice what you wish to exchange the returned items with. Your account will be credited for the amount of the returned item.
2. Please indicate a reason for your return on our shipping form.
3. Place all the original packaging in the return box, including your purchased item, and the copy of the shipping form. 
4. Write the word EXCHANGE or RETURN in the return label, to indicate the type of processing.
5. YOU MUST SHIP TO US VIA THE US POSTAL SERVICE TO OUR P.O. BOX. We will only accept returns & exchanges that are sent to our PO Box. We recommend using Delivery Confirmation on your package.
6. Once your returned item is received, it will be processed with 10 business days. ToltecTraders.com will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. A credit will be issued within 15 business days of receiving your returned item. Once the adjustment has been made, you will receive an email confirming that transaction. 
7. Every once in a while, a customer will place an order, we will process and ship the order, and the package comes back to us marked as refused. We will charge a 25% restocking fee. 
8. Regarding Rings Please note: Because every printer is different the Amazon Sizing Chart almost NEVER works. So its best to size your finger at a jewelry store with a metal finger sizer.
9. If you are returning a Ring for a different size. We will pay the shipping if we sent you a size other than what you ordered. If you want a ring size different that what you ordered you must include $5.00 for shipping & handling for domestic orders; $15.00 for international orders. Be sure to include the new size you want.
